The format of the event will be a panel forum of professionals who will present information about senior services available on the Peninsula. Event Description: The Peninsula Task Force on Aging, PenTFA, is a non-profit group of professionals who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors in our community. PenTFA was established to serve as a forum to share information, to promote inter-agency understanding, and to work together as advocates, educators and legislative activists to address the issues of older adults.
PenTFA meets the fourth Thursday of the month in various locations throughout the Peninsula. Membership is $25.00 per year.
February's meeting will take place at Riverside Rehabilitation Institute, 245 Chesapeake Ave., Newport News.
